VALSALVA MACULOPATHY FOLLOWING STRENUOUS ACTIVITY: A CASE REPORT

Valsava maculopathy is one of many causes premacular hemorrhage. This case report highlights the interest multimodal imaging in diagnosis retinal emergencies which can engage visual prognosis, especially a young patient as our Valsalva Maculopathy.A 32 years old male arrived at ophthalmology emergency for sudden painless loss central vision his left eye after doing some heavy dumbbell exercises without any context traumatism. After examination, he was been diagnosed with maculopathy. The bleeding spontaneously resorbed. Follow-up 12 weeks uneventful.
